Description: Our IP network team has implemented a workaround to mitigate the SIM connectivity issues experienced by UKAT customers.
The issue was traced to a problem with one of our upstream Internet providers who advertise the IP address space for some of our NAT pools from our Los Angeles datacentre. To stabilize connectivity, all traffic has been temporarily migrated to our secondary Internet provider.
We will schedule a maintenance window to transition the traffic back to the original NAT pools once service has been restored and tested for stability. You will be notified in advance of this activity.
