UKAT SIMs Connectivity 27112024 UKAT Incident Notification - RESOLVED

Description: Our IP network team has implemented a workaround to mitigate the SIM connectivity issues experienced by UKAT customers.

The issue was traced to a problem with one of our upstream Internet providers who advertise the IP address space for some of our NAT pools from our Los Angeles datacentre. To stabilize connectivity, all traffic has been temporarily migrated to our secondary Internet provider.

We will schedule a maintenance window to transition the traffic back to the original NAT pools once service has been restored and tested for stability. You will be notified in advance of this activity.

UKAT SIMs Connectivity 27112024 UKAT Incident Notification - UPDATE

Description: Our firewall team has identified that one of our NAT pools has been depleted due to technical issues on the provider’s side affecting the West Coast.

To address this, we are migrating traffic to a new pool to stabilize connectivity. We are already observing improvements and will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure full resolution.

Description: Our Network provided has confirmed the issue with UKJ is resolved. The PGW and the IPX interconnection links have been monitored for the past hours, showing that signaling and connection levels are stabilized and back to pre-incident levels.

UKJ SIMs Connectivity 20112024 UKJ Incident Notification

Description: Dear Customer,

UKJ has informed that they have been experiencing degradation in signaling on IPX interconnection links

The devices may experience problems attaching to local operators and establish data sessions as a result.

The issue appears to be linked to the IoT Packet Gateways on the GRX side. Our engineers are actively collaborating with the relevant IP networks and partners to identify the root cause and proceed with the next steps in troubleshooting.

The root cause is still under investigation.

The data consumption is close to normal. We will continue closely monitoring.

We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
