Description: This is to inform you that we are experiencing performance issues on our UKJ network.
We have been advised of a small degredation of our UKJ service caused by a hardware issue on one of their packet gateways. The issue is causing an intermitted error which could affect a small proportion (around 5%) of data services to have increased latency and packet loss.
Should you encounter these issues, please restart your data session to restore normal service.
UKJ are planning an emergency maintenance next week (commencing 16th December) to correct the affected hardware.
