This is to inform you that the issue has been resolved. Traffic on our mobile core has been restored, and VPN access is back online.
Currently, traffic is gradually migrating back from P-GW2 to P-GW1. Customers using VPN services to reach their devices may need to initiate a new data session from P-GW1 for their devices to be reachable.
While the issue is resolved, some devices may still be connected to P-GW2. If you’re using a VPN and need your device to be reachable immediately, please either restart your device's data connection or purge it. Otherwise, devices will automatically reconnect over time.
