ROTN SIMs Connectivity 18112025 EE UK Incident Notification - NEW-rotn sims connectivity

Description: Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you of an issue on the EE network in the UK that is currently affecting roaming customers using ROTN and ROPD.

Devices attempting to roam on EE may experience difficulties registering and could encounter unstable data, SMS, and voice services. This issue is currently isolated to EE. Other UK networks are operating normally and should be used wherever possible.

We are working closely with our network partners to resolve the issue and will share further updates as soon as possible.
