Description: For the past few hours we have been investigating some network performance issues affecting our IP network in Los Angeles. This has primarily been affecting our USA service . We have recently introduced additional network capacity to this network, which has resolved many of these issues.
To clear the remaining problems, we have undertaken an Emergency restart of the affected Router.
If you have not done so already, please white-list the following IP range in addition to existing IP addresses you already authorize:
38.142.33.51
38.142.33.52
