Description: Dear Customer,

As part of G+D’s continuous improvement, we would like to inform you that a maintenance activity will take place on the AWS IoT Suite on May 20th, 2026.

During this window, our AWS Cloud Team will perform updates to several AWS services, as well as install security patches

This is a planned standard change of medium type, triggered internally by the G+D AWS Cloud Team. Please note that application downtimes are expected during the maintenance window. A rollback to the previous version will be available if needed.

All applications will be validated by the AWS Cloud Team and IoT Suite Team after the maintenance. Although no mandatory actions are required from your side, we recommend running additional testing and reporting any unusual behavior you may observe.

    After investigating the issue with our escalation team, we can confirm that the CDRs are not currently displaying accurate information, and some records are duplicating the amount of data consumed.

    Our team is actively working to resolve this issue and restore normal functionality as soon as possible. In the meantime, CDRs will not be updated in IoT Suite over the weekend.

    Service is expected to return to normal on Monday.
