To avoid interruptions and ensure optimal monitoring and control throughout the process, a detailed six-week migration plan has been prepared, under which the different SIMs will be migrated gradually and continuously without interruption.

Finally, we would like to emphasize that a migration process between two independent systems can be performed either with service interruption or with session overlap, with the latter being clearly less disruptive for customers. For this reason, even if a SIM has an active session, that session will not be cancelled or purged, and no service interruption will occur. However, as a consequence, the connection may appear as two separate sessions in the system: one in the legacy system, covering the period from the start of the session until our platform considers the SIM migrated, and another starting when the migration begins.
Therefore, although data usage, limits, and alerts will not be affected, there may be an overlap between the end time of one session and the start time of the next one. This has no impact on rating, billing, or statistics.
