Description: Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance activity to deploy our latest software release to the production environment of the UKJ infrastructure. The maintenance will take place on July 3, 2025, starting at 09:00 UTC, and is expected to last 4 hours.

A 30-minute downtime may occur for the Self-Service, API, and Backend during the maintenance window. As a result, users might experience limited access to these services.

Please note that this release has no impact on platform connectivity. After the maintenance window, we advise you to verify your access to the Platform and API, and report any issues to the support team.
