As part of G+D’s continuous improvement, we would like to inform you that a maintenance activity will take place on the AWS IoT Suite on June 10th, 2026.

During this window, our AWS Cloud Team will perform updates to several AWS services, as well as install security patches.

This is a planned standard change of low type, triggered internally by the G+D AWS Cloud Team. Please note that application downtimes are expected during the maintenance window. A rollback to the previous version will be available if needed.

All applications will be validated by the AWS Cloud Team and IoT Suite Team after the maintenance. Although no mandatory actions are required from your side, we recommend running additional testing and reporting any unusual behavior you may observe.

Finally, we would like to emphasize that a migration process between two independent systems can be performed either with service interruption or with session overlap, with the latter being clearly less disruptive for customers. For this reason, even if a SIM has an active session, that session will not be cancelled or purged, and no service interruption will occur. However, as a consequence, the connection may appear as two separate sessions in the system: one in the legacy system, covering the period from the start of the session until our platform considers the SIM migrated, and another starting when the migration begins.

Therefore, although data usage, limits, and alerts will not be affected, there may be an overlap between the end time of one session and the start time of the next one. This has no impact on rating, billing, or statistics.

    We would like to inform you of recent network coverage changes implemented by the UKJ provider, whereby several networks across its coverage footprint have been removed. As a result of these changes, most affected countries continue to retain at least one available network.

    Please note that these changes may cause some devices to temporarily disconnect from the network. If this occurs, we recommend attempting to connect to an alternative available network. Additionally, a purge or device reboot is advised to help restore connectivity.
