We would like to inform you of a scheduled maintenance activity that will take place from August 19, 2025 at 21:00 UTC to August 20, 2025 at 03:00 UTC. Our network vendor will be performing a software version upgrade on HLR/HSS node 2. This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to patch the legacy HLR platform and ensure continued system compatibility.
While there is a potential risk to SS7 and S6a signalling, as well as IMS registrations, all traffic will be diverted to the secondary HLR prior to the upgrade to minimize impact. As a result, no downtime is expected during the change.
Throughout the maintenance window, our engineering teams will actively monitor services and key performance indicators to validate that the node is operating correctly on the new software version. In the unlikely event of an issue, the current software version will remain available within the system configuration, allowing for a swift rollback if necessary.
