15:50 Update: Monitory shows that signalling levels are stabilized and back to pre-incident levels and the issue is resolved.
UKJ has informed us that they are experiencing congestion on their interconnect links that may affect signalling performance for device authentication or data session establishment.
The cause was identified and isolated as signalling routing errors by one of the signalling partners. The impact was limited saw a small increase in signalling that appears to have created intermittent delays in device authentication for the period.
Devices with established data sessions were unaffected unless session timers expired during the incident.
