Description: This is to inform you that the network performance issues faced by UKAT SIMs was resolved. During the investigation, it was discovered that our IP Network in Los Angeles was affected. Our firewall provider moved all the traffic to the new ASR in LA, since the old router was facing high CPU usage. Customers confirmed that the devices are connecting with no issues.x
The vendor is still investigating what is the route cause of the high disk usage so we can take preventive measures for the future.
