The issue is with one of our SCCP Carrier and the SCCP link to their onward carrier.
The onward Carrier is currently investigating one network issue resulting in LU failures for some IMSI and also investigating a secondary network issue after applying a change to the SCCP relay.
Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for a resolution"
