Some devices may be experiencing issue with empty session as a result of a planned OCS migration today. Some devices experienced problems maintaining active data sessions when they were moved from the old Primary OCS to the new Primary OCS. Sessions should be restored automatically.
Please note some devices may take longer to restore than others due to the specific device behaviour.
We are currently monitoring and continue to see an increase in device sessions.
