Description: A full health check of all UKJ's systems configurations is almost finished to ensure that the network is restored to pre-incident state. The majority of all affected devices are now working properly similar to pre-incident conditions. Together with the UKJ engineers, we continue to closely monitor the traffic.
For those customers that are still experiencing issues we advise that the device is power cycled. You can also try to send a simple SMS command for the device to power cycle.
