Description: This is to notify you that several Network Operators in Africa area are experiencing service outages due to multiple submarine optic fibre cables that come into the area. Some of the cables are down while others are delivering limited capacity. This is impacting internet and data. As a result, both inbound and outbound roaming is greatly affected.
