NAMP SIMs Connectivity 06092024 NAMP Incident - NEW

Description: We're currently experiencing provisioning issues with our NAMP network. You may experience an issue when trying to Activate, Suspend or Purge your NAMP SIMs. Connectivity services are not affected.

The situation has been escalated to the network engineers. We will share with you further updates as soon as these become available.

Description: The network provider has confirmed the issue with the API is now resolved.
