As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we're pleased to remind you about the upcoming upgrade to our Customer Portal. On Tuesday, August 5th, we will transition to a new platform powered by ServiceNow.

What’s Changing?

While the services and information you currently access will remain the same, the portal will feature:

A new login process with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance account security.

A new URL for accessing the Customer Portal:

Please bookmark this new URL for future access.

What to Expect:

No disruption to your access or services

A more secure and streamlined login experience

Step-by-step login instructions, available under the “Download Service Documentation” section on the ePortal (you have to be logged in).

We’ve also attached documentation outlining the new login process. We encourage you to review it ahead of time, particularly Section 2 to ensure a smooth transition on August 5th.
