IoT Suite Customer Notification Change - NEW Tuesday 29th July 2025 08:50:00


Description: Dear customer,

As part of our continuous improvements, we've updated how we send you Maintenance and Incident Notifications.

We've migrated to a new email notification tool with a better and more improved filtering system. This ensures you'll receive all notifications that may affect your services.

Going forward, you will receive notifications only if:

You have a direct relationship with G+D. This means your own customers will not receive notifications from us.

Only the "default email" associated with your account will receive notifications. You can verify your default email in the IoT Suite by navigating to Customers > All Accounts > "your account" > Account Details.

Important Note

We recommend using a distribution list (DL) as your "default email" if you want notifications sent to more than one person within your organization.
