Description: Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the previously scheduled maintenance window for the migration of your NATM SIMs has been postponed.

This migration is necessary due to changes in NATM’s API implementation, which require the recreation of all existing NATM products. As a result, the current configuration of your NATM SIMs will no longer be supported and must be migrated to the new products.

The migration involves resubscribing your active SIMs to the new plans. If a SIM is in an active data session during the migration, the session may briefly drop as it reconnects to the new plan. In our internal testing, SIMs reconnected automatically without requiring manual intervention. However, some devices may require a reboot.

Start Date/Time: October 1st, 09:00hs UTC.

End Date/Time: October 1st, 14:00hs UTC.
