We would like to inform you of an ongoing incident affecting the UKJ API. The service is currently experiencing a high volume of requests, resulting in delays in SIM provisioning.
All provisioning requests submitted via the API or IoT Suite will be completed; however, processing times may be longer than usual. Requests are handled in the order they are received, and this sequence cannot be altered.
Please note that activation, termination, SMS sending, and other SIM management functions may also experience delays.
Connectivity and data transmissions for devices remain unaffected.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation and working with UKJ to ensure normal service is restored as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
