Description: Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the recent incident affecting ROPD has been fully resolved.

The issue was caused by a planned maintenance window with our Diameter Signaling carrier, which led to traffic congestion and resulted in service impact. Due to the increased signaling traffic, one of our PGWs became unresponsive.

Our teams worked closely with the provider to restore services by restarting both the links to the carrier and the PGW. Following these actions, the metrics are stable, and traffic has returned to normal levels.

No further impact is expected. A detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be shared with in the following days.

If you experience any anomalies or require additional assistance, please let us know by opening a ticket on ePortal.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
