Description: This is to notify you about an unplanned API degradation on our UKJ network. You may experience an issue when trying to Activate, Suspend or Purge your UKJ SIMs at the moment. There's a delay on the order processing, so it is taking longer for the actions to be performed.

The situation has been escalated to the network engineers, we will share with you further updates as soon as these become available.
