UKJ SIMs Connectivity 09072025 UKJ Planned Maintenance - NEW

Description: Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance on July 9, 2025, from 20:30 UTC to July 10, 2025, 04:00 UTC, during which our network vendor will perform core network software upgrades.

There will be no service interruptions, but a temporary loss of resilience on SS7 signalling services will occur. Specifically, your SS7 signalling through our vendor’s Signal Transfer Point (STP) will continue to operate without backup protection during this time. It may impact SMS and Voice services, while data services will remain unaffected.

NATM SIMs Connectivity 02072025 NATM SIM Activation Issues-natm sims connectivity

Description: Our team identified an unexpected technical issue affecting part of the SIM lifecycle process. Unfortunately this affects the reactivation of suspended sims. At this time we are working with T-Mobile on a fix and are told that it requires an update on their end that is expected to be performed at the end of July.

  • Inactive sims can still be activated but will require a new plan to be created and added to your account by your account manager for SIMs to be activated.
